CompTIA Network+
Description
The CompTIA Network+ certification demonstrates that the owner has a good understanding of network components as well as the ability to work with and troubleshoot network services.
This certification is issued by the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA).
Discussion
The Network+ is a vendor-neutral certification that shows that the individual has the skills to support a network. This includes installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CompTIA recommends that the candidate have a minimum of nine months of experience in network support and also have previously obtained the CompTIA A+ certification.
Certification Criteria:
To be considered certified, the following criteria must be satisfied:
- The candidate must pay an examination fee;
- The candidate must pass one exam.
